E-Consent
Consent to electronic records and signatures
To use Loan Thistle you agree that we may give you, electronically, any notice, disclosure, consent or other record that the law says must be given to you in writing. You also agree that you can sign electronically. Your tap on "Get my offer" is your electronic signature, and it is as binding as a signature on paper.
What this covers. Your request through loanthistle.com, and the notices, disclosures and messages about it, including our Terms, Privacy Policy and privacy notice, and any notices we send about your request. Each lender that receives your request may ask for its own electronic consent for its loan documents.
How we deliver records. On the site, by email to the address you gave, or by text to your mobile number with a link to the record.
Paper copies. You can ask for a paper copy of any record at no charge by contacting us with your postal address.
Withdrawing your consent. You can withdraw it at any time, free, by contacting us. Withdrawing doesn't affect anything already sent. Because Loan Thistle works only online, after you withdraw we can no longer take or progress a request from you.
Keeping your details up to date. Tell us if your email address or mobile number changes.
What you need. A device with an up-to-date web browser (a current version of Chrome, Safari, Edge or Firefox) and internet access. You also need an email account that can receive our messages, and a way to save or print pages, such as a printer or enough storage on your device. We'll tell you if this changes in a way that affects your access.
Confirming you can read these records. By agreeing on this site, you confirm that you can open and read this page, which shows you can access records in the form we'll use.
